 rearms” on April 13th at 5:00pm.\n\nAbout the Speaker:\n\nVasko Popovski
  is Director of Sales &amp\; Marketing at Advanced Heat Treat Corp. He has
  over 25 years of experience in heat treatment and metallurgy. Vasko recei
 ved a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering and a Bachel
 or of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. He also 
 has a Master of Arts degree in Technology from Kent State University and a
 n MBA from Waynesburg University. Vasko is a licensed Professional Enginee
 r in Wisconsin\, Ohio\, and Pennsylvania. He has published numerous techni
 cal papers and chaired multiple industry committees.\n\nAbout the Topic:\n
 \nIn this semi-technical presentation\, we will talk about two pertinent a
 nd remarkable topics: metallurgy and guns. Firearms need to perform and op
 erate under often difficult conditions. They can fail in the field due to
  corrosion\, wear\, and other causes.  Nitriding is one method of prevent
 ing such failures. The application of this technology can be extended into
