  this year's scholarship recipients.\n\nAbout the Speaker... David Borsuk 
 is currently a Senior Advisor of Sadoff Iron &amp\; Metal Company Fond du 
 Lac\, WI with a 48-year career in the metals recycling industry\, having h
 eld management positions in facility management\, quality\, environmental\
 , legislative and regulatory affairs\, and industrial and foundry purchasi
 ng and sales. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of
  Scrap Recycling Industries\, Chair of ISEC\, Chair of the Audit Committee
 \, and Vice-Chair of Safe Operations Committee. David is a Past Wisconsin 
 Chapter President and currently Vice-President of the Wisconsin Chapter of
  ISRI\, member of AFS NE Wisconsin Chapter\, and member of AFS 8-G Charge 
 Materials Committee and Safety and Health Committee.\n\nAbout the Topic...
