 ll host Tony Kwilas\, President\, T.K. &amp\; Associates\, on Wednesday\, 
 October 9th beginning at 5:00 p.m. at Joseph's Grill in St. Paul\, MN for 
 a presentation titled "Legislative Actions and Impacts to Minnesota's Econ
 omy".\n\nAbout the Presentation:\n\nTony's presentation will cover notewor
 thy items from the last 2 years of environmental initiatives including env
 ironmental justice areas\, cumulative impacts\, odor management\, air toxi
 c regulations and compliance protocols\, and MPCA emergency powers.\n\nAbo
 ut the Speaker:\n\nTony Kwilas\, President\, T.K. &amp\; Associates\, is a
  graduate of the University of St. Thomas. B.A. in Political Science/Histo
 ry. He served as Assistant Secretary of the Senate 1986-1988 and former Co
 mmittee Administrator for the Senate Environment and Natural Resources Com
 mittee 1988-1995. Mr. Kwilas then founded T. K. &amp\; Associates in 1995\
 , a public affairs and government relations firm that specializes in envir
 onment and natural resources and business issues.\n\nKwilas also served as
  the Director of Environment and Natural Resources at the Minnesota Chambe
 r of Commerce. He has also held the position of Regional Manager of northe
 rn Minnesota for the Chamber\, where he traveled exclusively throughout no
 rthern Minnesota listening to the concerns of legislators\, businesses\, a
 nd citizens.\n\nT.K. &amp\; Associates has represented a vast array of bus
 inesses before the Legislature and state agencies. Clients have included t
 he Minnesota Vikings\, Hospitality Minnesota\, Sappi Paper Company\, Inves
 tor-owned utilities\, Altria\, Consumer Electronics Association and other 
 environment and natural resource and business interests at the State Capit
 ol.\n\nKwilas is a former past president of the Minnesota Government Relat
 ions Council (MGRC)\, Capitol Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and is a member o
