 scussion on Wednesday March 12th\, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at Joseph's Gril
 l in St. Paul\, MN. This will be an engaging technical panel discussion to
  explore the “ins and outs” of utilizing outside resources in foundry 
 operations. Discover key moments to bring in external expertise\, understa
 nd potential drawbacks\, and uncover benefits that can drive your business
  forward with speed and agility. Our panelists will also discuss ways to i
 dentify when outside resources may no longer add value to your operations.

 f Eric Nelson Consulting \n\nEric has over 20 years of experience at Dotso
 n Iron Castings\, working in the areas of Quality\, Metallurgy\, Plant Eng
 ineering\, Maintenance and Operations. As a consultant\, he does onsite as
 sessments and makes recommendations for success. He currently works with f
 errous and non-ferrous foundries\, equipment OEM’s and financial institu
 tions. He is a member of the AFS Technical Council\, AFS Cast Iron Divisio
 n executive and research committee\, and immediate past president of the D
 uctile Iron Society. Eric holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from t
 he South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and completed the Executive
  Management Program – University of Minnesota Carlson School of Manageme
 nt.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nBill Matarazzo\, VP &amp\; Project Manager at Foundry So
 lutions &amp\; Design\, LLC\n\nFoundry Solutions &amp\; Design (FS&amp\;D)
  is a leading foundry engineering company\, with current projects across t
 he world. An important part of its concern is foundry planning\, engineeri
 ng and system integration activities. Drawing on talents of foundry specia
 lists from its own group as well as its partners\, FS&amp\;D has success f
 ully completed many projects. These tasks range from Foundry Audit activit
 ies to the engineering and construction of complete metal casting plants. 
 Specializing in both ferrous and non-ferrous foundry operations\, Foundry 
 Solutions and Design represents many years of practice in foundry operatio
 ns\, engineering and management.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nDylan Dickey\, Proprietor o
 f North Star 3D\n\nHaving poured his first casting thirty years ago\, he e
 njoyed the past twenty years working in a quality lab at a green sand iron
  foundry\, manager of the pattern shop\, and as casting engineer procuring
  new work\, improving yields\, and reducing scrap. He is currently helping
  solve casting and tooling design challenges and offering a technical adva
 ntage to foundry clients in a critical moment. Dylan holds a B.S. in Manuf
