 t Joseph's Grill in St. Paul\, MN for a presentation titled "Feeding Optim
 ization for Castings Leads to Production Cost Savings".\n\nMeet the Speake
 r:\n\nSvetlana coordinates feeders business development (both non-ferrous 
 and ferrous) through supply chain\, product management\, establishment of 
 quality control processes\, new tooling\, simulations\, etc. She is author
  of two publications: Optimized Feeding Systems\, Side Feeders for Difficu
 lt-to-Feed Cross Sections\; and Increase Competitive Values on Casting Mar
 ket with Feeding Systems.\n\nActive in promoting Chemex Feeders Technology
 \, she presented at several conferences throughout the industry: including
  Cast Expo\, Casting Congress\, AFS regional conferences\, and other event
 s. Svetlana is presently on the Ductile Iron Society Board of Directors an
 d serves as Chair of the Member Services Committee. She was recently recog
 nized at Metalcasting Congress in Milwaukee\, WI with the 2024 Women in Me
 talcasting Award for Excellence.\n\nA graduate in Metallurgical and Indust
 rial Engineering from the University of Sarajevo\, Svetlana spent seven ye
 ars at Mittal Zenica in Bosnia &amp\; Herzegovina\, as Process Engineer fo
 r the forging department\; and 18 years as Process Engineer and Technical 
 Director at TB Woods Foundry in Chambersburg\, PA. Presently\, she is Busi
 ness Development Manager for CHEMEX Feeding Systems at HA International.\n
