 o to tour Dotson Iron Castings on Tuesday\, September 20th beginning at 3:
 00 p.m. Groups of around 5 people will take a ~45 minute tour of the found
 ry based on arrival time with the last tour(s) beginning at 4:15pm. When t
 ours are completed\, we will meet at Courtyard by Marriott for a Social sp
 onsored by Dotson\, Dinner Buffet\, and a presentation by a team from Dots
 on\, focusing on the “Next Generation Workforce.”\n\nAbout the Tour...
  The tour and subsequent panel will focus on the Next Generation Workforce
 .  Dotson’s team will highlight considerations when adding dedicated bu
 ilding space for all team members\, reduction of manual labor operations\,
  automation for process control\, and Industry 4.0 tools that are applied 
 today in the manufacturing process.\n\nNicole Hiller\, HR Manager\, will s
 peak to building\, layout and space considerations as Dotson changed its e
 mployee spaces.\n\nAshley Folden-Ecker\, Process Control Manager\, will fo
 cus on automation used to narrow process variation\, which allows shorter 
 tenured employees to successfully produce castings.\n\nRyan Beck\, Operati
 ons Manager\, will talk about the transition away from manual grinding ope
 rations.  This need was driven by workforce challenge of trying to find p
 eople to grind.\n\nEric Nelson\, Vice President\, will discuss leveraging 
 machine analytics to support maintenance technicians in applying their kno
 wledge to quickly resolve equipment issues.\n\nThe panel will wrap up with
  a Q and A session moderated by Josh Jaycox\, Engineering Director.\n\nSch
