October 20th In-person Business Meeting and Social

The AFS Twin Cities Chapter will host an “in-person” Annual Business Meeting and Social on Tuesday, October 20th at 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Green Mill in Plymouth, Minnesota. The Chapter Chair, Travis Bodick (Carley Foundry), will conduct the business meeting; we will not have
a guest speaker. We are meeting specifically to elect the 2020-2021 officers and directors according to our bylaws and the state guidelines for nonprofits, and to socialize with appetizers and beverages, complying with mask and social-distancing guidelines for restaurants.
Mask and Social-Distancing Guidelines: Attendees are required to wear a mask inside the restaurant, bar, and meeting areas. Seating in the meeting room is “socially distanced” in groups of three. The time you are not required to wear a mask is when you are sitting at your table while
eating and drinking. Mask up if you are done eating, if you move about the room or building, or go the bar or restroom. The main speaker, if socially distanced, is not required to wear a mask while speaking. Weather permitting, attendees may socialize with each other outside the Atrium Room in the courtyard, socially distanced, with optional masking at your own risk.
